Major Research Achievements (2013-2017)
  • We have assisted Kinmen Fisheries Research Institute releasing juvenile horseshoe crabs at Gulintou Horseshoe Crab (Tachypleus tridentatus) Conservation Area.
  • We currently work on the inventory and protection of critical habitats of the Asian horseshoe crabs Tachypleus tridentatus, Carcinoscorpius rotundicauda in South-East Asia region.
  • We have studied strategic managements of mangrove-vegetated wetlands, found that mankind’s demand on mangrove services can result in substantial influences on basic mangrove functions.
